Our office has installed new software in the office to comply with new government regulations.  All patients will need to update a patient registration form.  Please forgive us for any delays or inconvenience this may cause you.  We are trying to assimilate this as smoothly as possible. Please be aware that we are now collecting cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses to be able to contact you better.

             INFLUENZA:

Influenza is a real problem nationally and in Central Ohio.  It is characterized by high fever, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, widespread muscle aches, and diarrhea.  It has been associated with deaths.  It is important to get a flu shot.

Tip:  Intradermal and High Dose Flu Vaccines are still available at present.  They are available for immunizing people who are over 18 years old.  We do not have any vaccine available for those younger than 18 years old.   If you are an established patient, no appointment is necessary to get your immunization.

  • Tip:  Other vaccines are also available,ie: Shingles, Tetanus/whooping cough, Pneumonia, Meningitis, HPV...
  • Tip:  Should you be unfortunate enough to get the flu, Please call us as soon as possible.  Tamiflu, an antiviral medication can be used to shorten your illness if begun in the first 48 hours of your illness.  It can also be used to protect others in your family from contracting the disease.

            NEW PATIENTS:

Our office is limiting our acceptance of new patients.  We are only accepting as new patients, close family members of our current patients.  We really do believe in caring for our families. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
